We support transactions via PayPal major credit cards through a secure, on-line, real-time credit card processing system. As well, we accept major credit cards through our secure site. This is the standard method of purchase. By purchasing though our site you are agreeing that you will accept back-order conditions on products that may be temporarily out of stock. In the event that a back-order condition is encountered on an item(s) that you have purchased, we will contact you by email and by phone, offer you the option to decline the back-order condition and refund your money on the back-ordered item(s). Please understand that the merchant agreement governing this type of transaction allows up to 7 days for product to ship once the credit card is charged. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. The charge will appear on your statement as desmoworks LLC.
Back-orders:
Occasionally, a product you desire is not readily available. In the event that a back-order condition is encountered on an item(s) that you have purchased, we will contact you by email and/or phone, offer you the option to decline the back-order condition and we will not charge your card for this portion of your order. If you desire, the order can be split or held for shipment at one time. Split orders may incur two shipping charges. If the back order condition is accepted payment will be processed immediately.

They are not intended for street use, and some products may, in some localities, be illegal for use on the street. Motorcycle racing is a dangerous activity. While every effort has been made to ensure that products sold by desmoworks LLC, are designed and manufactured to the highest possible quality standards, desmoworks LLC, cannot assume responsibility for property damage or personal injury incurred by or concurrent with the use of the products, even if such damage or injury is the direct result of the failure of the product sold by desmoworks LLC. desmoworks LLC assumes individuals performing the installation of its products to be certified professional motorcycle maintenance technicians or qualified race mechanics, who can make the judgments and adjustments which may be necessary in the installation process, and which cannot be anticipated by the product manufacturer or desmoworks LLC in advance, in order that the installation is a safe and proper one. desmoworks LLC assumes no responsibility for damage or personal injury which may be caused by the manner in which products sold are installed. If you use products sold by desmoworks LLC, you use them at your own risk. We want you to be healthy, to ride safely, and enjoy a long lifetime of motorcycling. Please do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install it.

Shipping
We pride our selves on fast shipping and great customer service. If your product is in stock and ordered before 12pm it will ship the same day if possible, otherwise it will ship the next day. Our daily UPS pickup is at 2pm so that is the absolute cutoff for shipping out same day. If you need the order to go out same day - please contact us and we will do what we can to make that happen. Our suppliers have the same concern for customer satisfaction and will ship in a timely manner as well. We are aggressively moving towards stocking all items we sell, but aren't there yet. Some items will come directly from our distributors in the US and Canada.
We provide tracking numbers via email with all orders we ship. If an item is shipped from a supplier we provide a tracking number anytime possible.
Situations occur and sometimes it is not possible to ship an order immediately so please allow for a 3-4 business day processing maximum on all orders.
Returns
You must contact us before initiating a return. Returns are accepted on new products no more than 30 days after their purchase, no exceptions. We do not accept returns, exchanges, offer refunds, etc... for electrical parts of any kind. You must check your items to ensure they are correct and undamaged immediately when your receive them. Items must be returned in original uninstalled or used condition with original payment receipt and packaging.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. You may avoid this fee by exchanging for another item or store credit. There will be no credit issued to you for the shipping and handling amount unless we deem it necessary. This is solely at our discretion.
